on july 27th about 7:-7:30 pm my husband came to your shop and purchased a (crystle jelly vibrator) well when i turn it on it would only work right side up and not down so i went to change batteries and when i took the cap off a big oiece of the inside plastic and battery connector fell out, SO i am very ynhappy with the product,knowing it cannot be re-turned, even thought the only thing done was tyakin out of package and turned on and and off because of it shorting out.........i feel like i should have just taken the 22.00 and thrown in the garbage.
